Shanghai Textile Import & Export Co Ltd belongs to Oriental International Group. The company is located in Shanghai China. Focuses on the research and development, production and sales of all kinds of knit products, customers in Europe, Japan, Australia and South America more than 10 countries and regions. Providing creative services in design, proofing, raw material purchasing, manufacturing and quality control for customers in the field of international garment/textile trade.
We have a professional knitting R&D proofing center in Shanghai Songjiang district, it has a technical development team composed of 7 technologists, 7 programmers and 36 professional and technical members. The equipment includes SHIMASEIKI (conventional model and WHOLE GARMENT model), STOLL and CIXING 3-18-needle computerized flat knitting machine, which can be operated intelligently, remotely and visualized in the whole process, realizing remote, fast and efficient management of sweater technology proofing. At present, knitting sweaters have been sampled within 72 hours; The product technology is exquisite, can combine with the customer's diversified needs to provide the best solution, favored by domestic and foreign customers.
We also have a professional testing laboratory certified by H&M, which can test samples for more than 60 items such as composition proportion, fiber content, color fastness, fabric strength, formaldehyde content, to ensure that the quality of each sweater meets the costumer’s standard requirements. Our group has a factory in Ethiopia - Shangtex Garment Manufacturing Ethiopia PLC. The establishment of the Ethiopian sweater manufacturing base has created a global stereoscopic production and regional synergistic supply chain pattern for the Group in Africa with "high cost-effective products + long-term layout". Depending on the low-cost price advantage of Ethiopian manufacturing, the Group undertakes the transfer of textile manufacturing capacity in China and Southeast Asian countries. While responding quickly to the European and American markets, the group radiates the entire African market through Ethiopia, and promotes the brand to enter Ethiopia and Africa.
